Sometimes an increase in product demand result in longer lead times and reduced stock levels. If you require a greater volume of a product than we currently hold in stock you now have the option of placing a Back Order.
Using the example below - if we have Free Stock of 2000, with a Supplier Lead Time of 4 weeks, but you require 9000. You can still add the 9000 quantity and add to your shopping basket.
When you review your order in your shopping basket you will be informed of the amount of stock that is available for immediate delivery - in this example 2000, and the balance of the order and delivery time - in this example 7000 delivered at the latest in 4 week.
You then have the option of leaving the whole order on Back Order (the default option) for delivery - in this example - at 4 weeks at the latest, or if you prefer to take immediate delivery of the available stock, tick the partial delivery box. In this example 2000 would be shipped immediately.
As long as the Line Total is higher than £30 you will not pay a delivery fee, even if you take immediate delivery of a value less than £30.
