The WU73 series of wide terminal surface mount resistors from KOA offers high power handling, high reliability and excellent temperature stability performance.
Available in 0612 size, the WU73 series are offered in 2 variants, WU73 2B and WU73 2B15, the wide terminal construction of the resistors allows them to handle much higher power than a traditional 1206 resistor with the terminals on the narrow edge. The WU73 2B series series has a power rating of 1.0W with a terminal temperature rating of 115°C whilst the WU73 2B15 series is rated at 1.5W with a terminal temperature rating of 95°C.
The WU73 series of metal film resistors from KOA offers developers a cost-effective alternative in designs which would traditionally use low ohm metal plate resistors.
WU73 2B 1.0W series derating curve at rated terminal temperature of 115°C
WU73 2B15 1.5W series derating curve at rated terminal temperature of 95°C
The WU73 series of wide terminal surface mount resistors are available in resistance values from 10 mΩ to 100 mΩ with T.C.R of ±75ppm or ±100ppm /°C and 1% resistance tolerance throughout.
The WU73 series wide terminal resistors are AEC-Q200 tested and feature an operating temperature range from -55 °C to +155 °C.

KOA have developed the RS73 series of precision resistors based on the more robust thick film resistor technology, featuring a T.C.R. down to ±25ppm and a tolerance as low as ±0.1%, the resistors are ideal for precision designs.
KOA have introduced the RC series of surface mount test points, they allow customers to conveniently measure signals and voltages at various points on the PCB either during production or in the field.
KOA have introduced the TLRZ series of metal plate zero-ohm jumpers which allow extremely high currents in very small package sizes compared with standard thick film jumpers.
