The Easy Assembly Electronics Enclosure is changing the way enclosures are used. Innovative design features put this universal enclosure at the forefront of the industry as a premium quality, modern yet highly functional product. A unique, dual action lid and clip-in-points for the PCB, assists with reduced assembly time on the production line and for field installation/inspection requirements. The smooth finished housing is available in three colours and four sizes, with 2.5mm thick walls rated to UL94-V0, giving it a premium quality finish. Due to the edge-to-edge PCB capability and fine textured walls, every side of the enclosure can be customised or modified. This enclosure really does give excellent value for money without compromising on quality or features.
Engineered with simplicity in mind
The enclosures benefit from a range of well thought out features that are designed to make assembly easy whilst at the same time requiring a minimum amount of tools and accessories to get the job done.
The dual action lid of the enclosure can be fitted and released with a simple clip and spring action button, but if you need to prevent tampering the lid can also be fully secured with a single screw.
Other features include PCB perimeter supports in the base of the enclosure and clip-in ledges that allow for speedy assembly as no screws are required to fix the PCB in position. Furthermore multiple additional PCB mounting points in the lid and base of the enclosure ensure maximum flexibility for your application.
The clever lid design also rids the enclosure of the threaded corner pillars required to secure the lid on traditional enclosures, this means the designer can specify an enclosure with a smaller external footprint, alternatively they can take advantage of the extra internal space available by fitting a larger PCB now it can be fitted edge to edge.
Moulded from robust ABS material, the Universal Easy Assembly range of enclosures are available in a variety of sizes and colours, with optional DIN Rail / wall mount brackets also available. Offered in 4 universal sizes; 90 x 90 x 40mm (Size 1), 110 x 70 x 45mm (Size 2), 130 x 80 x 45mm (Size 3) and 150 x 90 x 50mm (Size 4) and three standard colours, black, grey and white, these enclosures are ideally suited to generic electronic applications whilst still maintaining a great aesthetic design.

The CDR-BRACKET DIN Rail Mount Bracket allows users to transform enclosures into DIN Rail mountable enclosures, the bracket is supplied with screws to allow the DIN Rail Mount Bracket to be fastened to the enclosure's surface. The DIN Rail Mount bracket is designed for 35mm DIN Rail, 15mm Rail and 32mm Rail.
The CBWM-10xx universal mounting bracket allows the enclosure to become wall mounted, the bracket is available in black, grey and white colour to match the enclosure and comes complete with all required mounting screws and hardware.
