To make the technical support services we offer more accessible, customers are now able to access this wealth of technical expertise via a “Technical Support Request” form which is available to registered Anglia Live account holders. Customers are asked to fill in a brief questionnaire providing details of the enquiry and we will be in contact within 48 hours to offer support and guidance.
